Within the European Union, delivery is currently available to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, in addition to France.
Selected international destinations currently include Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and shipping conditions. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or in your order information is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Once your order has shipped, you can use the tracking information provided with your order.

Incorrect delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact contact@elaziaclothing.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Delivery problems
If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs procedures, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination and the information shown at checkout. Any amounts collected or included at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.
