These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Elazia through elaziaclothing.com. They are intended to explain the main conditions of sale in a clear way and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

2. Products
Elazia sells clothing, principally dresses, through the online store. We aim to describe product characteristics, colours, sizing and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings and lighting can cause small differences in colour. Customers should review the product information and size guide before ordering.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency presented to the customer and include taxes where required by the applicable pricing rules. Any delivery charges applicable to the order are shown before the order is completed.
Promotional prices and discounts apply only under the conditions displayed with the relevant offer. Nothing in these Terms permits Elazia to use misleading reference prices or reductions.
4. Ordering
Before submitting an order, you can review the products, quantities, delivery information and total price shown during checkout. An order becomes binding when it is submitted with an obligation to pay and accepted in accordance with the checkout process.
After an order is placed, confirmation is sent using the contact details provided by the customer. Please check the order confirmation and contact us promptly if information appears incorrect.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by authorised payment providers. An order may be refused or cancelled where payment is not authorised, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Product availability
Products are offered subject to availability. If Elazia is unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate.
7. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery information are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and during checkout. Elazia remains responsible for the proper performance of its obligations to the customer as required by applicable consumer law.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
Elazia offers a 30-day commercial return window, in addition to mandatory rights. Consumers covered by European Union distance-selling rules generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.

9. Legal guarantees
Mandatory legal guarantees apply independently of Elazia's commercial return policy. In particular, where French consumer law applies, consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.

10. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and must not use the Site or checkout for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Elazia name, branding, website text, graphics and other original Site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where the law permits.
12. Personal information
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where required, choices relating to advertising or data sharing can also be managed through the privacy controls made available on the Site.
13. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law. Elazia is responsible for its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please first contact contact@elaziaclothing.com so that we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers may also have access to statutory out-of-court dispute resolution or consumer mediation mechanisms applicable in their country.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers living in another country of any mandatory protections that apply to them under the law of their habitual residence where such protections cannot legally be waived.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms for future purchases when our services, practices or legal requirements change. The version applicable to an order is the version made available when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
